T 001 - SAFETY TEST - Shall perform annual required safety tests as required per ASME A17.1-8.11 or A18.1 -10. The completed form shall be left on-site within the Maintenance Control Program (MCP) or in a location readily available to the inspector. The safety test form will be reviewed during the next on-site state inspection.

H 025- SELF-CLOSING ---All hoistway doors shall be self-closing from all positions per ASME A17.1 - 2.11.3. FLOOR 3
